Abstract:
A recently announced study entitled 'International Data and Computer-Computer Communication for Scientific Cooperation' forms part of the computer science research area of the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA). This study focuses on the establishment of an international information system via networking to facilitate exchange of data between multinational organisations.
