Nora M.C. Hockin
Telecommunications Policy, 1978, vol. 2, issue 2, 117-127
Abstract:
The author describes a hierarchical computer communications network designed, implemented, operated and controlled by an organization which is itself structured as a levelized network. The network design facilitates dissemination of decision making material collected at the point of action as a by product of transaction processing.
