Abstract:
The UK's National Development Programme in Computer Assisted Learning (NDPCAL), designed to further the adoption of CAL 'on a regular institutional basis at reasonable cost', has been completed. Richard Hooper,1 Director of the Programme, presented its Final Report in 1977. The contents of the Report, as well as the goals of the programme, are discussed below.
