Abstract:
•Editors of this journal issued an Expression of Concern on a 2019 paper, Testing the Economics of the Net Neutrality Debate.•The Expression of Concern did not address additional and fatal flaws with the paper.•The data used in the paper did not measure capital expenditures but an accrual of the delayed payment of past expenditures.
