Demand for telecommunications services in the home
Ronald J. Goldman
Telecommunications Policy, 1980, vol. 4, issue 1, 25-30
Abstract:
The author examines the question of demand for telecommunications services in the home by summarizing findings from research carried out at the University of Southern California. He also discusses trends that are becoming apparent with the use of currently available services. He concludes that, while there is a home market to be tapped, it needs to be nurtured before any real penetration can take place.
