Kathleen Criner
Telecommunications Policy, 1980, vol. 4, issue 1, 3-8
Abstract:
The author describes the various trends apparent in the development of videotex services in the USA, and outlines forthcoming experimental applications. She also discusses the policy issues raised by existing systems, and concludes that the main constraint to development in the USA derives from uncertainty regarding consumer demand and economic viability.
