Abstract: In recent years, the occurrence of various natural disasters and emergencies has led to a significant increase in cases of long-term supply chain disruption, resulting in substantial impacts. Consequently, the supply chain is now confronted with greater uncertainties and risks. In this context, both scholars and enterprises are increasingly emphasizing the importance of managing supply chain resilience (SCR). However, few scholars have studied the impact of key resources in the supply chain on SCR. This research investigates network resilience performance in the design of high-end equipment manufacturing supply chains (HEEMSCs) by considering the combined effects of supplier irreplaceability on supply chain costs, supply density, and total lead time. To address this issue, we propose an Intuitionistic Fuzzy Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution-Multi Objective Mixed Integer Programming (IFTOPSIS-MOMIP) hybrid model. Furthermore, we implement supplier irreplaceability parameters (SIP) to quantify the significance and level of essential competence exhibited by suppliers. To tackle specific circumstances related to MOMIP, we devise an Extreme Supported Nondominated (ESN) algorithm. Case studies demonstrate that strategic optimization of supply chain design through measures such as increasing redundancy among key suppliers and reducing dependence on a single source can mitigate cost volatility risk while enhancing order fulfillment rates (OFR).
