Abstract:
Global governance and nonmarket strategy are two important and interconnected subjects of international business scholarship. In this article, we introduce the special issue by first providing a brief review of recent trends in global governance and nonmarket strategy and summarizing some of the important research contributions that have shed light on them. We then present an overview of the contributions to the special issue and their contributions to global governance and international nonmarket strategy research. We conclude with some observations about this scholarship and provide suggestions for future research directions.
