World Patent Information, 1988, vol. 10, issue 1, 17-19
Abstract:
INPI in Brazil is developing new services, based on its large patent document file, to assist industrial and technlogical development. One service supplies patent document copies from abroad to large companies in technologies of interest to them. Another for small companies translates patents into more understandable language. Access to databases such as DIALOG, ORBIT, etc., is also being offered through INPI and a bibliographic database of Brazilian patent applications is being built up.
