Abstract:
Because of its multidisciplinary nature which involves scientific-technical, legal and economic aspects, the activities linked with patent protection have been connected, more and more, with all kinds of technological and economic development processes. From this point of view this work deals with the investigation of correlation between the activity of the patent office and that of commerce, the banks and subjects interested in technology transfer in Yugoslavia.
