Abstract: The article describes the establishment of a centre for patent documentation and information; the activities of the Federal Patent Office's centre for technological information on supplying information to users from the economy, the establishment of regional and branch centres for technological information in Yugoslavia and the further develoment of the Federal Patent Office's INDOC system.
