The use of patent information, both legal and technical, in China

Shen Jialian

World Patent Information, 1990, vol. 12, issue 4, 242-244

Abstract: China is increasingly involved in international technology transfer, and becomes more and more a global business partner. Following the progress in patent work, technical information contained in patent documents has been seen as indispensable to people dealing with the technology market. However, the legal status of patented technology to be imported or exported has been teaching lessons to many who ignored it.
