Highlights of the US and EPO case law in the electronic sector

Abstract: Important US law decisions on infringement in the electronics field are surveyed and their importance in protecting industrial property rights outlined. Some significant decisions by the EPO Technical Boards of Appeal in electronics are also reviewed.
