Abstract: The article provides an overview of the CD-ROM based document delivery system installed at WIPO. The system provides the Publication, Sales and Distribution Unit with networked order entry facilities and automatic retrieval and printing of copies of PCT pamphlets recorded as facsimile images on WORLD disks stored in a networked jukebox system.
