Pilot cities as a testing ground for promoting the patent system in China

Abstract:
To pursue the patent system successfully in such a huge country as China, some very effective steps have been taken. Pilot City Scheme is one of them. The patent-conscious leadership, an explicit goal and some feasible measures, including financial support are the key factors.
