International courses on patent information in Moscow

Abstract:
Since 1981 two-week courses on Patent Information for Specialists from Developing Countries are held each year in Moscow. They are held by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the USSR State Committee for Inventions and Discoveries (State Committee) with financial support of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the USSR State Committee for External Economic Relations (SCEER).
