Abstract: This paper presents the validation of a measuring instrument that allows the analysis of the motives of corporate environmentalism, from the perspective of non-managerial human resources. An integral approach is adopted, which considers the environmentally responsible behavior of the worker as a potential driver of organizational greening. Finally, an instrument that measures seven hybrid dimensions of environmental motivations is obtained, which explain the construct under study in a 68 %, with a Cronbach’s Alpha value of 0.93. The study is based on the significance of integrating the perceptions of the staff in strategies aimed at increasing its pro-environmental behaviors
