Abstract: [EN] In the present work, through a revision of the current legislation, we present the different modalities of access to the labor market of university students, following the modifications introduced by Royal Decree-Law 28/2018; we describe its main characteristics and establish different classification criteria;and we show the particularities of the Dual modality. This study can be a good guide for the academic authorities responsible for the employability of their students and the graduates of the institution they belong to and also to guide the university students in their access to the labor market
