Abstract: The article considers the problems connected with the analysis of changes in economic environment of Ukraine, key problems of 2000, guidelines of state economic policy, qual-itative changes in sector macroeconomic proportions of GDP turnover and branch proportions of price redistribution of incomes, as well as the expectations concerning the development of Ukrainian economy in 2000.
