Financing of scientific and technical programs in industrial branches

Abstract: The article highlights the progress of implementation of scientific and technological programs in this country's industries and factors that influence them. The authors point out that the most influential factor is the level of the system of financing the program projects and tasks. The article pays attention to the necessity to use different financing sources, especially non-budgetary ones, in order to implement the programs. The authors emphasize that improvement in the system of financial provision for scientific and technological programs would contribute to shorter terms of their execution and avoid losses in their economic effect that this country is to benefit from the program projects. The article contains corresponding calculations.
