Development prospects of international technology transfer in Ukraine

Abstract: The author describes the trends vin exports and imports of science-intensive produce in Ukraine as the main forms of international technological transfer, the causes of their negative condition, as well as risk and obstacles to its improvement and measures to revive that type of foreign economic activities.
