Influence of the transfer of scientific and technological achievements on economic growth in a country

Abstract: The article deals with the following issues: the existing condition of exports and imports of high-technology commodities, technological service, licenses on intellectual property objects; leasing-based transfer of technological achievements; the role of joint ventures in the development of international transfer of scientific and technological achievements; the structure of international transfer in scientific produce of the Ukrainian NAS; and development opportunities of domestic transfer of scientific and technological achievements. The authors formulate proposals concerning their development and strengthening of their influence on this country's economic development.
