Theoretical essence of corporate relations and corporate management

Abstract: The author reveals the theoretical essence of corporate relations as unity of formal and informal relations of joint possession of property and social partnership in a society and in concrete corporations - first of all in complex multilevel open joint-stock companies with hierarchical managerial structure functioning on the basis of corporate relations. Corporate management is considered as hierarchical, structure whose characteristic features are division of management function from property, presence, along with the administrative relations, of advanced business contractual and social-partnership relations characterized by high culture of communication both inside corporation and between different corporations.
