Reproductional Macro-Structural Processes: Beginning of Harmonization and Forecast for 2002

Abstract:
For the post-socialist economies, a characteristic feature have become considerable distortions in primary and disposable incomes of the institutional sectors which became a macro-structural factor of the economic decay. Among the causes of the distortions are inherited institutional low development, lagging behind with the creation of a system for protection of the interests of market agents and the state which has remained the monopolist in the solution of the question of income distribution and re-distribution. The article is devoted to comparative analysis and forecast of structural changes in income-based GDP and the degree of their harmonization and approximation to the norm for Ukraine which is determined by the author.
