Abstract: The article deals with theoretical and practical aspects of Global Development of XXIst century. Taking info account the objective character, advantages and threats of Globalization and Global Transformations, the author emphasizes the necessity of global orientation of Ukraine's National Development Strategy. Elaboration of Ukrainian Globalistic Geostrategic and Integrational Policy, directed to the higher competitive Effectiveness of our Society is a very important imperative.
