Abstract:
The author considers the problem of socio-cultural identity of Ukraine to the intentions to integrate into the world economic structures which were declared by this country. The article contains justification of the statement that its civilization nature is not identical to the West European one. The author discusses a possibility of expansion of Ukraine's mutually beneficial cooperation with the countries of the East, first of all with Central Asian ones.
