Development of municipal corporatizm in Ukraine

Abstract: The author considers the nature of Corporation as a general social phenomenon, and as a fundamental manifestation of common interests. Main attention is given to the essence of municipal corporatizm and such a legal form of its manifestation as self-governed administrative and territorial units.
