Priorities of technological development in Ukrainian transition economy

Abstract: The author reveals the condition and trends of technological development, and shortcomings in scientific and technological policies associated with methodology of the determination of priority level in innovative research projects, as well as with provision of their realization with financial and material resources. The article contains conclusions concerning further trends in the priorities of technological development.
