Innovation market and ways of its development

Abstract: The article analyzes the present condition of Ukraine's innovation market as an integral part of this country's innovation system. The author reveals a series of its shortcomings, caused by the decrease in many indicators of innovative activities. At the same time, she reveals a series of positive signs on the innovation market, which are also related to innovative activities. The article provides analysis of the legal base of the innovation market and national system of technical regulation, whose principal elements are standardization, metrology, certification, and protection of consumer rights. There are proposals about the ways of further development of the considered components of innovation market.
