Abstract:
Bribery is analyzes as an institutional complex integrating economic, social, legal, psychological and other relations and imposes certain behavioral patterns on the members of the society. The authors consider historical roots, theoretical approaches, legal aspects, mental perceiving, and underlying economic factors of bribery and propose technologies to overcome that phenomenon.
