Development of the corporate sector of the economy and corporate management in Ukraine

Abstract: The author investigates the issues of the formation of the corporate sector in Ukraine's economy under the conditions of privatization and basic foundations of the management of state property units. The article provides a detailed analysis of the structure of state corporate rights and the government's corporate-dividend policy concerning the privatized companies. The author proposes a series of measures to increase the efficiency of the management of state corporate rights.
