Role of scientific, technical and industrial policy in elaboration of the new model of national competitiveness

Abstract: Author shows that current course of Ukraine's integration into the world economy is deprived any prospects. She proves the necessity to enter the new segments of world market and to change the structure of national economy in favor of high tech branches. Author explains the advantages of strategy of scientific and technical imitation and adaptation for Ukraine that makes a ground for national companies' competition at the new dynamic markets. Branches-candidates for the active state support are determined, as well as the instruments of the industrial and scientific policy, which enable to develop the productions of the new technical mode in advance.
