Financial sustainability of a company: the essence and evaluation methods
L. Shablysta
Economy and Forecasting, 2006, issue 2, 46-57
Abstract:
The author justifies an approach to the notion of financial sustainability as the generalizing qualitative characteristic of the company's financial condition. She identifies a list of indicators to be used in express analysis of the company's financial condition and methods to evaluate its sustainability. The article argues the advisability of the introduction of managerial accountability and proposes indicators to evaluate the company's financial condition, which should be expeditiously controlled.
