Peculiarities of technology transfer in corporate structures

Abstract:
The article highlights the peculiarities of technology transfer in corporate structures in the context of different incentives for their growth, as well as in the context of interaction between small and big corporate business. The author identifies the main organizational and legal forms of that interaction (sub-contractual, franchising-related, venture-financial, leasing-related and others. She points out the forms and guidelines of further development of Ukrainian small innovative business and its integration into big corporate structures as a precondition for their intensifying technology transfer.
