Evaluation of regional investment advantages with the use of integral indexes

Abstract: The author improves the system of indexes characterizing investment advantages in a region. New methods have been developed to estimate the economic indexes characterizing such advantages. In addition, the author provides examples of the use of these indexes in the process of development/support of administrative decision-making concerning regional development, as well as the constituents of such a development. Besides, the author shows various examples of the use of such indexes in both economic and business activities.
