Abstract:
Progress in information and communication technologies (ICT) is considered to be one of the most important factors affecting almost all aspects of the life of human society, state and business. Presently, the problems of national and international security, globalization, education, science, culture, sustainable economic development etc. are, as a rule, considered in the context of the development and introduction of the ICT.
