Transaction costs on labor quality

Abstract:
The article justifies the essence and meaning of transaction costs spent on ensuring labor quality. The authors assess transaction costs spent on labor quality in the production of innovative items. Using cumulative Pareto curves, they analyze the impact of costs distribution on labor quality. The authors also calculate annual economic effect for producer and consumer and the summary economic effect from the introduction of ISO 9001 quality system in an enterprise.
