Grain market regulations under conditions of strong world market prices

Abstract: The author analyses regulative options for grain and products of grain processing market under condition of strong market prices. She proves that direct monetary support for the low income strata is the most efficient option under these conditions because it maintains at the same time the food security and grain producers incomes.
