Business development in Ukraine: institutional environment and public opinion

Abstract:
The authors define the changes in the attitude of Ukraine's population to business activities, and their preparedness and value-assessment ability as regards entrepreneurship. They analyze the dynamics of encouraging motives and changes in the motivation pattern, which encourage a person to undertake economic activities in the sphere of entrepreneurship and small business. The population's opinion has been revealed as to the prospects of business development in Ukraine with the existing institutional environment and system of support of the business sector.
