The modern practice of modeling the function of private consumption

Abstract: The article is dedicated to the research of the methods of private consumption modeling. Based on the analysis of the foreign practice of private consumption modeling and forecasting, the author defines the guidelines to improve the budget policy in Ukraine as to social transfers.
