Prospects of setting up a maritime cluster in Ukraine

Abstract: The authors determine the preconditions for setting up a maritime cluster in Ukraine and work out its structure, participants, legal organizational form, and territorial organizational structure. They also consider benefits for all interested parties from applying the cluster approach to the development of Ukraine's maritime. The article proposes creation of a series of regional specialized clusters in the maritime industry as components of Ukraine's maritime cluster.
