Methodological approaches to the assessment of the high tech sector in Ukraine's economy

Abstract: The author reveals the essence of the methodology of determination of high-technology sectors and products and provides an accurate assessment of Ukraine's foreign trade in high-tech products (the list of goods ranged by 6 UCF EAC digits has been harmonized with High Technology Products List - SITC Revision 3). A comparative analysis with the OECD countries is made.
