Financial and institutional aspects of the economic cooperation between Ukraine and Russia

Abstract: The article provides the results of an investigation on the institutional space of Ukraine and Russia in the context of analysis of the level of trust in the leading institutions of the financial market. The author presents a comparative analysis of the efficiency of the legal environment of the two countries as to the protection of rights of the consumers of financial services and justifies the need of the formation of uniform criteria for operational activity on the financial markets of both countries in order to avoid disproportional liquidity flows.
