Targeted assistance by the state as a factor of stimulation of the development of high technology production in Ukraine

Abstract: The author interprets the basic concepts of high-tech industrial production sphere, presents the tools to assess it. The dynamics of production and export of Ukrainian high-tech goods are analyzed. The main criteria for the identification of high-tech enterprises are defined. The author demonstrates the relevance of the targeted state regulation and stimulation of national manufacture of high-tech products.
