The conceptual model of Ukraine's innovation strategy

Abstract: The author reveals the essence of the impact of globalization challenges on the development of Ukraine's economy. She defines and analyzes various problems, which require a strategic approach to the elaboration of relevant national program documents. The author proposes a conceptual model of Ukraine's Innovation Strategy and characterizes the essence of its components as to the strategic guidelines, and defines the preconditions of its realization.
