Abstract:
This short note is a response to John Spry’s critique of our research letter “Association of Stay-at-Home Orders With COVID-19 Hospitalizations in 4 States,” which appeared in Journal of the American Medical Association in 2020. We also provide an example from a state that did not have a stay-at-home order that is consistent with the findings of our original paper.
