Abstract: O setor de recursos humanos (RH) e os gestores das organizações vivem em eterna briga. De um lado, gestores acham que o RH é inútil. Do outro, o RH acredita ser visto de forma estereotipada. Para solucionar a disputa, ambas as partes terão de se esforçar.
