Durante a Terceira Conferência Internacional da Iberoamerican Academy of Management, ocorrida em São Paulo, os pesquisadores concederam esta entrevista à RAE-executivo, na qual tratam de temas como empreendedorismo, perfil executivo, importação de idéias em gestão e o uso de “performances teatrais” na vida corporativa.
