Abstract:
The economic and social disorder which has been experienced in previous eras has also been accompanied by territorial disarray which is inevitable when not only economic priorities are unestablished, and, therefore, the objectives to be aimed for, but also no reflections are made regarding the territorial model which must be propítiated. This set of absurdities has brought about imbalances, deficits and degradations which are difficult to repair. Therefore, and still with reference to Europe, the layout of a democratic, overall, functional and prospective territorial model is imposed. The next decade must be the temporary setting of an economic development which is programmed and integrated into the intended design which is derived from territorial diagnosis and planning. It is a debt with future generations.
