Relaciones entre productos bancarios: el caso de caja laboral

Abstract: Over the last four years banking products offered by financial institutions have undergone important modifications. One can therefore conceive that such institutions are interested in analysing the performance these financial products have had lately, as refers both to their response to retums obtained,and to substitution relationships which may have existed among them. This paper is a study on the evolution observes in the different products in Caja Laboral, and the effect the policy followed by this financial institution has had in its relationship with the rest of Basque Savings Banks.
